  • Shipping & Delivery
    In general the lead times in a given product can vary depending on the product. Please note with Christmas season in full swing our lead times have extended, they are currently : Standard "off the shelf" items will be dispatched generally within 2 - 4 working days. Painted and Personalised items will take10 to 15working days If you need something sooner please get in touch prior to ordering to check if we can facilitate. These are only approximate timings and may change on a given day/week depending on the number of orders in ahead of yours amongst other factors. Should you require your items urgently please get in touch with us either via the bot on the website or by contacting us via instagram prior to ordering to be sure we can accomodate your request. We charge a flat rate of €5.95 per order Free pickup from our shop in Bunclody on Fridays 10am to 4pm and Saturdays 10am to 4pm
  • Product Availability
    Should the product be available on the site to purchase then it is available for immediate purchase. Should you choose a personalised gift which needs to be painted etc then a certain amount of time will be taken to create the perfect gift for you. It will be dispatched as soon as it is ready to leave
  • Security
    Security is one of the biggest considerations in everything we do. If you have any further questions, or encounter any issues, please let us know. We use Stripe to process all our card payments. They have been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and they are certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. We accept all major card providers, such as VISA, MasterCard.
  • Returns
    Goods sold on this website are supplied in good faith. Personalised items, by nature of the product may not be returned as these are made to order. – This includes products that are cut to order, e.g. specifically cut letters, box toppers etc If however you order the wrong non personalised item and are not completely satisfied with the non personalsied items you receive or simply want to return your goods, you must arrange for them to be returned to us, and providing they are received by us in good condition (ie they have been handled with reasonable care), we will refund the cost of the goods in full less the carriage costs incurred by us. There is also a restocking charge of 10% of the value of the goods. All goods delivered must be checked upon receipt of delivery. If any goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them, we will arrange for them to be replaced or refunded but you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving delivery otherwise no claim will be entertained. Delivery charges for damaged or faulty goods or errors made by us will be fully refunded and/or not charged. To make a return contact sales& for further information. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at Irish Statute Book.
