How can I place an order?

Ordering is simple! Browse our online store, select your favourite items, and add them to your cart.
Once you’re ready, head to checkout to complete your purchase securely.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
All transactions are processed securely for your peace of mind.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door.

Shipping & Returns

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat rate of €5.95 per order for delivery within Ireland.

Orders over €100 qualify for free shipping within the Republic of Ireland.

We also offer free collection from our workshop in Bunclody, Co. Wexford.

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we only offer shipping within Ireland.

If you’re based outside of Ireland and would like to place an order, please contact us at info@duffyandporter.ie and we’ll do our best to help.

How long does shipping take?

Lead times vary depending on the product:

  • Off-the-shelf items: 2 working days
  • Painted keepsake boxes: approx. 10 working days
  • Frames & printed items: 5 working days
    Engraved personalised wooden pieces: 3 working days

Please note these are estimated dispatch times and may vary depending on order volume.
If you need something urgently, contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy for non-personalised items, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalised or made-to-order products, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, email info@duffyandporter.ie
with your order details and reason for return.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

What if my order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the product?

Please check your order on arrival and contact us within 24 hours if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund where necessary.

We design, cut, finish, and package each item ourselves to ensure top quality.

Can I personalise my order?

Absolutely! Many of our products can be customised with names, dates, or messages.
Just use the personalisation box on each product page or contact us for something bespoke.

What materials do you use?

We mainly use high-quality sustainable wood, acrylic, and printed materials, carefully chosen for durability, finish, and beauty.
We aim to source locally whenever possible.

How should I care for my Duffy & Porter items?

Avoid exposure to moisture or direct sunlight for extended periods.

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?

Yes! We offer beautifully packaged gift options for many of our products.
