Lead times can vary by product. The timings below are estimates for dispatch and may change depending on order volume and production schedules.
Estimated Dispatch Times
- Off-the-shelf items: 2 working days
- Painted keepsake boxes: approx. 10 working days
- Frames and printed items: 5 working days
- Engraved personalised wooden pieces: 3 working days
Christmas in July offers are not subject to these lead times.
Shipping Rates
- Standard ROI delivery: flat rate of €5.95 per order
- Free shipping in ROI: orders over €100 qualify for free shipping
- Click & Collect: free pickup from our location in Bunclody, Co. Wexford

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 24 hours if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
