Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it  unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

Please note that personalised or custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty. This includes all items made to order such as engraved pieces, cut letters, name signs, or box toppers.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and full instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalised or custom products (e.g. name signs, engraved gifts, made-to-order designs)

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Items not returned in original condition or packaging

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it  unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging  and you must include proof of purchase.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
