Reflections on an Unforgettable Week: Oprah, Ireland AM & Choosing to Show Up

If you had told me a few years ago that in the space of a single week I’d be sitting in an audience listening to Oprah Winfrey, chatting live on television with Alan Hughes on Ireland AM, and jumping on the mic with Gerry Kelly on LMFM... I probably would have laughed.

To be completely honest, my biggest feeling looking back on the whirlwind of the last seven days—aside from absolute awe that I managed to hold it together on live television!—is overwhelming gratitude.
