Our founder, Maria, designs each card from a place of lived experience—drawing from those poignant life moments where finding the right thing to say feels impossible. These aren't just cards; they are tangible expressions of love, luck, and remembrance.

​The Maker’s Touch

​Authenticity is at the core of Duffy & Porter. Every single card in this collection is personally designed, printed, and hand-finished by Maria in our Bunclody studio. From the first digital sketch to the final assembly of the keepsake token, your gift has been held and perfected by the maker's hands.

​The Details of Quality

​The Solid Birch Token: At the heart of each card is a hand-finished keepsake made from solid birch wood. Precisely engraved and smoothed to a tactile finish, these solid tokens are designed to be "popped off" and kept as a lasting memento.

​The Premium "Hammer" Stock: We use a heavy-weight, 300gsm Hammered card. The distinct, textured finish provides a luxury feel that is felt the moment the envelope is opened.

​The Secret Reveal: Our signature design ensures that when the wooden token is removed, a hidden watercolor illustration is revealed underneath, alongside the Irish phrase "Le Grá" (With Love).

​The Keepsake Story: These tokens are designed for a life beyond the mantlepiece. Once removed, they can be repurposed as ornaments, bag charms, or pocket hugs—serving as a constant, tangible reminder of connection.
